Elevated at a height of 151 feet above sea level is the little unincorporated community of Madison. It is located just 10.5 miles west of Woodland; so you could drive down from Woodland to Madison for a day off! Madison was earlier popular as Cache Creek and today comprises of just rustic but charming streets and local markets which you would adore to witness. Often it is the authentic and natural flavors in life that we miss in our city lives and visiting communities like Madison revitalizes that part of us. Streets such as the Rudolph Street, Archer Street, Quincy Street, Railroad Street and of course the Hurlbut Street are worth a drive down at least. It is a small community and so you could easily spend a quality daytime with your beloved exploring the town!
